Gdańsk District Court made ​​an entry on the merger of companies POL-DRÓG Gdańsk Sp. z o.o. (Ltd.) and POL-DRÓG Lębork SA. For Capital Group this was an event of strategic significance. On the one hand, it means the possibility to reduce company administration costs , which will increase its market competitiveness. On the other hand, this raises the potential of the Company in negotiations with large customers and partners. With theconsolidation of companies POL-DRÓG Gdańsk became one of the largest contractors in road construction sector in the region with a turnover exceeding 100 million PLN net.
