POL-DRÓG Capital Group invests not only in new technologies, but primarily in human capital.

People are, after all, at the heart of our operations, which is why the Group has established a modern academy for training managerial personnel.

The two-year training programme, known as THE PERSONNEL INCUBATOR, aims to guarantee that the Group's projects and developments are implemented to the highest standards in terms of our operations as both a contractor and an investor. Moreover, the Group aims to nurture development and pave the way for a modern, creative and effective Polish business, a business based on solid economic foundations, knowledge, experience and social trust.

Our key employee group is the middle-management group responsible for winning and fulfilling new contracts. Comprised of 132 people, it includes:

-          Technical directors;

-          Work section managers;

-          Work managers;

-          Production managers;

-          Foremen, graduates who have not yet obtained construction-related qualifications.

We are considered to be a good employer and a reliable one.

The Group provides a competitively attractive workplace.

The social responsibility which is part and parcel of conducting business means that we are obliged to operate effectively and reliably. The location of the majority of our companies in relatively small towns guarantees a low staff turnover, unlike that which characterises large metropolises. Within the Group, personnel fluctuation oscillates at around 2 – 3%.
