The Capital Group Management Board
The Group's Management Board makes every effort to utilise, and follow through on, the opportunities which present themselves to the Group, endeavouring to prioritise as appropriate, while consistently working toward an Integrated Environment within the sector in Poland.
The Management Board conducts the business affairs of the POL-DRÓG Capital Group, representing it in every capacity, with the exception of those stipulated as falling within the competence of the Shareholders' Meeting or the Supervisory Board.
