The POL-DRÓG Capital Group's mission is to reinforce the company’s position on the domestic market and to expand on the international forum, as an innovative and stable company operating in the road and bridge construction sector, manufacturing, mining, and research and development. We also aim to strengthen our company image on an in-house basis, by increasing our employees’ sense of identification with the company, and externally, by working to have the Pol-Dróg group recognised as a POLISH BRAND..

POL-DRÓG Capital Group is perceived as a stable, rapidly developing company. It is held to be the best in the sector as regards quality of work, internal and external stability, management standards, care for the natural environment, the strength of the employees' sense of identification with the company and its external identification as a POLISH BRAND.
The Group’s Management Board makes every effort to make use of and carry the Group’s opportunities into effect by means of the proper selection of priorities, with a simultaneous and consistent drive towards an integrated sector in Poland.

Filling the role of a market leader in the manufacture of mineral and bituminous mixtures, the value of contracts won and carried out, the innovation of technological solutions on the basis of our in-house research laboratories and close cooperation with authorities within the sector, the employment of highly-qualified and carefully selected personnel, and cooperating in a joint effort to fulfil the targets designated by the Group.
