The Group as an investor, i.e. “WE BUILD AND FINANCE ROAD DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS”

As of 2009, the POL-DRÓG Capital Group has been introducing new products and services onto the market, working on the basis of prior experience and previously unknown tools, primarily economic project financing.

We Build and Finance Road Development Projects (shortened to BiFID in Polish) is an innovative, comprehensive financial product, developed in-house at POL-DRÓG. Addressed mainly to local authorities, it involves the possibility of constructing and modernising roads and bridges, with financing of the entire project outlay being provided by the POL-DRÓG Capital Group at the same time.

In addition, we prepare the project design documentation and ensure support in the organisation and running of tender proceedings.
